Birth-3 Early Intervention
EI is a free, state-funded program for children under 3 who may benefit from extra support. If your child qualifies, you can request Small Talk as your provider at no cost through your ChildLink Service Coordinator.
Elwyn (Ages 3-5)
Elwyn provides free services for children ages 3 to 5 in Philadelphia. Email your Elwyn coordinator and ask them to copy elwyn@clubsmalltalk.com so we can coordinate directly.
