Early Intervention is a free, state-funded program for children under 3 who may benefit from extra support. If your child qualifies, you can request Small Talk as your provider at no cost through your Child Link Service Coordinator.
Elwyn
Elwyn provides free services for children ages 3 to 5 in Philadelphia. If your child qualifies, you can choose Small Talk as your provider at no cost. Email your Elwyn coordinator, let them know you'd like us as your provider, and ask them to copy elwyn@clubsmalltalk.com so we can coordinate directly.
