Where do you provide services?
We provide services in-home, in-school, or at our new clinic space located in East Falls, Philadelphia. Our address is: 3502 Scotts Lane, Suite 405, Philadelphia, PA, 19129. Take a virtual tour.
Can you service my child’s compensatory education plan?
Yes. Please let your coordinator know you would like Small Talk Therapeutics to provide the make-up services. Please reach out to us for further assistance.
What services do you offer?
We are proud to offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We also provide special instruction through Elwyn.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently out-of-network with insurance. However, we partner with Thrizer and accept funds through HSA/FSA accounts. We also provide a superbill that you can submit to insurance. Please note: Small Talk will not enter into disputes with third party reimbursement. Check your benefits.
My child qualified for Early Intervention (Birth-3 in Philadelphia). Can we work with you?
Yes, we are in-network with Early Intervention in Philadelphia. You can request us by letting your service coordinator know. Learn more about how to enroll.
What is Thrizer?
Thrizer is a payment platform that works with your insurance company to handle claims for out-of-network therapy. Instead of paying the full session rate upfront and submitting claims yourself, you’ll only pay your copay or coinsurance. Thrizer takes care of the rest. Learn more.

Yes, we are in-network with Elwyn. You can request us by letting your LEA know you would like your services to be provided by Small Talk Therapeutics. Please reach out to us for any further guidance.
