COVID

Mandates for classes will follow CDC guidelines. Please refer to the CDC website for the most recent updates.

Parents will be required to sign and certify that you do not fall into the following categories:

  • Individuals who currently or within the past fourteen days have experiences symptoms associated with COVID-19

  • Individuals who have been exposed to a confirmed case or suspected case of COVID-19

  • Individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and are not yet cleared as non-contagious

Parents will also be required to self-monitor for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and contact Small Talk Therapeutic Services at classes@clubsmalltalk.com if he/she experiences symptoms of COVID-19 within 14 days after participating in a Small Talk class.

Weather

Class is ON if:

  • Temperature is between 50-90 degrees

  • Chance of rain is below 30%

Weather related refunds/credits:

  • If class is canceled by Small Talk, you will receive a class credit to be used that semester.

  • If class is not canceled and you do not wish to attend due to weather, you must let us know the night before to receive a credit

  • Day of cancellations and no shows will not be credited or refunded

Cancellations

Classes canceled within 24 hours of a scheduled class will be given a class credit to be used at any time during that semester. No shows or classes canceled less than 24 hours before a class will not be able to be refunded or credited. 

If your child is sick, please let us know ASAP. With COVID, we want to keep everyone safe, so please don’t attend if your child is sick. If your child shows symptoms within 24 hours of the scheduled class, please reach out to us at classes@clubsmalltalk.com and we will award a class credit. 

When you purchase a semester class pass or 4-class bundle, all class credits must be used within that semester. When scheduling a make up, you may attend a class at a different time/location depending on the availability.
